DATA DELETION INSTRUCTIONS
Range Social Publisher / Post Studio is an internal RangeFilms tool used by authorised users to connect professional Instagram accounts and publish approved content.
DISCONNECT AN INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT
1. Open Post Studio.
2. Open Settings.
3. Find the connected Instagram account.
4. Select Disconnect.
Disconnecting removes the locally stored access token and connection for that Instagram account from Post Studio. Access can also be revoked through the user’s Instagram or Meta account settings.
REQUEST DELETION
To request deletion of data controlled by RangeFilms, email info@rangefilms.studio with the subject “Instagram data deletion”. Include the relevant Instagram username or account ID so the connection can be identified.
After verification, RangeFilms will delete the locally stored access token, Instagram account identifier, username, and associated publishing records that are no longer required for security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. We aim to complete valid requests within 30 days.
DATA CONTROLLED BY META
Instagram and Meta may retain information under their own policies. To manage or delete data held by Meta, use the controls in the applicable Instagram or Meta account settings or contact Meta directly.
